Our Responsibilities

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We vacuum your pool.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

We net your pool.

We verify your pool cleaner function.

We brush your pool (tiles, walls, steps).

We evaluate your pool water and apply the correct minerals and chemicals to keep your water in excellent condition.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We check your pool equipment.

Your Responsibilities

Keep the pool equipment working and approve repairs when required.

Report to us any sightings of swimming pool issues.

Maintain proper water level.

Things to Know

Monthly service fee is based on a 4 week month.

There might be extra startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

Filter cleanings quarterly.

Premium Pool Cleaning Equipment and Chemicals

Note: It is OK to switch plan types (Premium -> Standard & Standard -> Premium). Simply contact us to adjust your service.

We offer twice a month service in New Braunfels from October till March each year.

Filter Cleanings

Regular filter cleanings are mandatory for most residential pools in Texas. This is because 96% of home swimming pools are either cartridge, DE, or a combination of the two. Filter cleanings cost $149 for weekly service customers.

Pool Route Area

Our Premium Pool Cleaning Plan has weekly routes running through most 78130 and 78132 neighborhoods as well as many adjacent areas to New Braunfels.
